Prayer of the dayJesus the only Son, Your Forerunner recognized that he was called to be Your servant and herald, and he drew the attention of the crowd away from himself to You. May Your Churches always work with humility, not for their own glory, but in order that Your Father be known as the one true God, and that You be recognized as the One Son who is sent with the fullness of grace and truth and the Holy Spirit as the Sanctifier of all.
