Prayer of the dayJesus the Supreme Truth, You welcomed Nicodemos who came seeking the truth in a confused, hesitating and questioning manner. In speaking with him, You gently revealed the light of Your truth. Guide Your Churches that they may seek not so much to dominate and proselytise, but to reach out in loving dialogue with all people, whom You have created in Your image and likeness, and whose deepest yearning is for Your Kingdom. May Your faithful always offer the light of more abundant life and fulfilling truth, rather than the burning heat of condemnation or self-righteous separatism. Let Your Churches be authentic Epiphanies of Your presence.
