Prayer of the dayJesus who saved us from the power of darkness, grant that our minds and all our senses may be renewed by the gift of the Holy Spirit. May we put off the old self, which is corrupted through deceitful passions and pride, and put on the new self in Your likeness. Grant us, O Lord, the new life, which You won for us by Your Resurrection.
