Prayer of the dayJesus who commanded us to celebrate His Memory, glory be to You, as You are always merciful and compassionate and stand before us as the true Good Samaritan. You inclined Yourself to our wounded humanity to nurse it with Your balm. O Saviour, You granted Your Churches the medicine that heals sins and the spiritual food which procures health and immortality. May we be ever ready to dispense them to the needy.

Age of the Church

Exactly as Jesus was formed in Virgin Mary so too the Church in this world by the Power of the Holy Spirit - those who are led by the Spirit must always be vigilant to root out at the very outset all selfish and individualistic likes and dislikes which topple down our faithfulness to the Church.
