Prayer of the dayJesus our Lord and Master, Saint Matthew revealed You as the Teacher of Israel, the fulfilment of the prophecies, the new Moses giving a new Law and covenant, and forming a new people of God. May we continually gather as Your Church, recognize You in our midst, live the spirit of Your beatitudes and thus proclaim You to the world.
